Fieldmateusa Return Policy

Return window: You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted.

Condition requirements: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with tags attached. If you opened your board and popped the hinge out this can be reinstalled quickly. Reach out to info@fieldmateusa.com to get help before returning.

Return shipping: Customers are responsible for their own return shipping cost.

Restocking fee:  No restocking fee applies. 

Refund method and timing: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned item.

Exchanges vs. refunds:  Exchanges are processed as a new order; return your original item for a refund and place a separate order.

How to start a return: Email info@fieldmateusa.com or visit https://fieldmateusa.com/ with your order number to begin a return request.

Policy acknowledgment: By submitting a return or refund request, the customer confirms they have read and agree to these terms. Keep a timestamped copy of this acceptance, the checkout footer link plus this return-request screen, since it becomes your first piece of evidence if the same order is later disputed with the card issuer instead of resolved through the return.
